Introduction
Remote work
is a work arrangement in which some or all of the work is performed from home
or another location. Usually, regular office hours are worked and deviations
from that timetable require supervisor approval.
Working from home is the new normal for workers across the
globe because the coronavirus spreads through the world. Most of the companies

working and one way is training.
It is always recommended to initiate clear remote work
policies and training but in times of crisis this level of preparation may not
be applicable. Fortunately, there are specific, research-based steps that
managers can take without great effort to improve the engagement and

Constant supervision is a must. The good thing with remote work is that the companies can easily start it part-time. There is nothing to lose, the only experience to gain. We truly believe that the ordinary working schedule needs to be changed in order to try new solutions that can boost and optimize the company’s growth and development. "
